How long does it take to get my license?

Students can take one course every 18 days and are required to take 3 courses to get their real estate license. It takes anywhere from one to two months to get a state exam date

What courses will I be taking with the various packages?

Each student is required to take 3 courses in order to be eligible to take the state licensing exam. Classes include Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and Legal Aspects of Real Estate.

The state of California requires each course to be a minimum of 18 days in length, however students can go at their own pace but must finish the courses within one year from date of enrollment to get a course certificate. Student access to course access is for a lifetime.

Yes. All courses are licensed by the state of California and meet all the qualifications to help you get licensed as a real estate agent.

To ensure you pass your state licensing exam on your first try we go above state requirements to give you the best chance at success. The crash course, combined with the 3 required courses will give you everything you need to pass the state licensing exam.

What happens if I fail the course final?

If you fail the course final, you can take the final as soon as you receive your result. While it is recommended to review course material more thoroughly, you can retake the final exam any time after you fail the first time. If you however fail a second time, you will be required to wait an additional 18 days before retaking the test a third time.

You can take the course final any time after 18 days as long as you pass all course quizzes. The final exam button on the student dashboard will unlock and allow you to take the final exam. Each exam has a 3 hour maximum time period.

Can I pause the final exam?

No. You must the course final exam in one consecutive time period. You have 3 hours to answer all questions and press submit.

Should I order the textbooks or just use the online version?

Answer: All of our packages are conveniently designed with success in mind. Choosing whether to use the online version or also with the textbooks are a matter of preference. For its ease of use and ability to reference and find things, we recommend purchasing a package with a physical textbook.

What if I already took one of the required classes in college?

If you have already taken one or more of the required courses, you can enroll in individual courses. We recommend taking a crash course prior to taking a state licensing exam due to its applicability to the state final exam.
